Lutein. I read somewhere about positive effects of Lutein.

The test cases used 20-39 mg per day and got positive results. I’m fairly well built and I need to get a result so I’m taking 40 mg per day.

I cannot find the original paper I based this on. The key research result for me was that after taking Lutein for a year or two, Dry AMD had been stopped from expanding and in some cases people had been able to get their driving licences re-issued.

Good enough for me.

Are they any better? I don`t know. They just are. But I do know that I tried everything that I could, and that is fine by me.
