Cliff’s Next Phase of Life – Red Joker

For nearly all of the last twenty years I have been concerned with sorting out the problems of becoming “severely sight impaired / blind”.

The Red Joker celebrates the successful outcome.

I have done everything I can to use what sight I have; I have, by trial and error, found the activities I can do and those that I want to do; and have created a very full and fulfilling life.

The Red Joker illustrates one activity: to design and print a pack of playing cards so I can play “Snap” with my grandson. Only it took fifteen years! Still, it’s done, so I can get to my next life. For more details please visit www.cliffscards.com

Sight Loss Accepted, so bring on the Future.

I worked and worked to get it as good as I could. I have achieved a pretty good solution. I have developed numerous work-arounds and no doubt there will be more.

So now I can concentrate on the FUTURE.

My next phase of life is framed by trying out whether I can become a super-ager; getting the best from our vegetable garden; my love of music; my desire to do whatever I can to help the next generation; and scouring the media for details of future developments.

And to enjoy a cup of coffee with my friends, gardeners, music lovers, philosophers and thinkers.

All helped by lots and lots of carers.

Plus the wonderful modern technology.
